Passport & VISA Guidance

Our assistance in Passport Application. Processing of Student’s Visa covering the visa formalities including visa fee. We assist our students in the entire processing right from filling up application, preparing financial statement, providing guidance and conducting mock interviews. We are in touch with the consulates on a regular basis and are informed about the latest rules and changes in visa documents which results in our extremely high visa success rate.

Hostel & Accommodation Assistance

Our counselors would guide students for different types of accommodation according to the individual needs and budget.

Air Ticket & Travel Arrangement

Booking of the Air Ticket for the student from Metro City Airport to the city where the University is located. Arrangements to receive the student on his/her 1st arrival at the Airport and connecting flight/Transport from there to particular University.

Bank a/c & International Debit Card

Assistance in obtaining Foreign Exchange for paying of fees at low/actual exchange rate. saving account with International Debit Card to pay online, fees & backup of money arrangement.

Traveling in Groups

Forming batches and organizing their travel arrangements and our student’s coordinator will accompany with the students. Travel Assistance-We take care of booking flights for our students well in advance to allow ideal departure dates, routes and discounts. One of our staff will travel along with the batches.

Post Arrival Management

We are constantly in touch with the Universities/ Colleges to ensure that our students do not face any problem related to accommodation, course, etc and hence provide enough support to them in their early stages in a new country when things would be new and unfamiliar.

Medical & Health Checkup

Organizing the mandatory Medical Check as per requirement of the Embassy.

Scholarship Assistance

We provide complete information about various scholarships offered by different Institutes/Universities.

Return Travel Arrangement

Student can return to their Home Country as and when required, we will arrange for their air tickets which are optional and subjected to payment.
